Entering Castello Village Resort, you will be served by our highly trained receptionists, while the quick check-in takes place. Any special requests will become our top priority and we will be pleased to assist you in any way that will make your stay even more pleasant. Concierge services during your stay will be handled by our staff, who are always trying to serve in the quickest possible way. During check out, you will be able to enjoy early breakfast upon request, use the luggage storage room, shower and toilets until your departure time.

Lobby Area

The lobby area has various sofas and armchairs where you can relax while reading a book or surfing the web. Business guests can host one-on-one business meetings in the area without distractions.

Gardens & Pools

The Castello Village Resort took it’s name from the way the accommodation and facilities buildings are laid out which resembles a traditional Cretan village. And there is no village in Crete without beautiful gardens. Our stunning natural environment adds colour and natural aromas to the experience of our guests. Gorgeous native trees and plants can be found around the resort's gardens which can be accessed freely by all our visitors who wish to relax in the nature. The Resort offers two public swimming pools for both adults and children. Our large central swimming pool is located in the center of the Resort near the main bar and our secondary pool overlooks the seafront of the hotel making it a sunbathing haven.

Did you know?Our lower level pool is located right next to the pool bar where you can get a cold refreshment, an exotic cocktail and even various snacks!
