How to reach the Castello Village Resort
From "Nikos Kazantzakis" airport
Driving to us
Just as you exit the main car park of Heraklion Airport, turn right at the roundabout and drive straight towards the traffic lights. From there, turn right onto Senetaki Avenue and drive straight until you enter the E75 motorway. As soon as you enter the E75 (VOAK), keep driving straight following the signs pointing to Agios Nikolaos. Carry on until after you exit the tunnel before the roundabout to Malia and Mochos. At the roundabout, take the second exit with direction to Agios Nikolaos. Continue onto EO Irakliou – Agiou Nikolaou for another 15.0km. Turn left onto Palea EO Irakliou – Agiou Nikolaou and then take the first right to enter Epar.Od. Sisiou. After 2.1km, you will need to turn left to stay on Epar.Od. Sisiou. Follow the road for another 1.8km until you reach the village of Sisi. 100m after entering the village, pass the pharmacy on your right and turn immediately right. Keep driving for another 50m, and you will arrive in front of the Castello Village Resort.
Taking the bus
The bus stop is just outside the airport. It costs 7.50€ and will bring you either to the bus stop in Malia or you will have to get off at the intersection near Sisi (not recommended). To get from Malia to Sisi, you will need to pick up a taxi. If you get off at the intersection before the village, you will have to walk the remaining distance (approximately 2.0km). The public bus service begins at 06:00 in the morning and ends at 23:00. You are looking for the buses with the label "Agios Nikolaos." Just jump on the blue-colored bus and enjoy the trip.
Grabbing a taxi
The taxi station is just outside the arrivals hall. You just have to tell the driver the name or the address of the hotel, and in 40 minutes, you will be here. The taxi fare costs approximately 70.00€. The maximum number of passengers per taxi is four. Please keep in mind that extra fees may be applied by the taxi company.
From Heraklion port
Driving to us
Exiting the port, take a left at the traffic lights onto Nearchou Avenue. Keep driving straight until you come to the traffic lights in front of Kazantzidi Avenue. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Kazantzidi Avenue, keeping in the left lane. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Ikarou Avenue and keep driving straight until you pass the Heraklion Airport on your left. At the traffic lights in front of the airport, turn right onto Senetaki Avenue and drive straight until you enter the E75 motorway. What is the process?
If you are arriving by airplane, your driver will be waiting for you just outside the arrivals terminal. If you are arriving by boat or cruise ship, you will find your driver as soon as you disembark. Your driver will be holding a distinct placard with your name and the hotel's logo on it, making them very easy to spot. Once you meet your driver, simply follow them to the car, embark, and they will bring you safely to the hotel.
Transfer Cost

- From the airport: 70.00€ per car (approx.)
- From the port: 75.00€ per car (approx.)
The transfer cost concerns a single trip and includes the cost of transferring your luggage. Each car can transfer up to four passengers.
